Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and may incur supplier fees plus an Arrivia cancellation fee of INR 1000 per booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, you must submit a request via email.

How to cancel:

Cancellation rules:

• Must follow supplier cancellation policies
• Supplier fees may apply (up to 100%)

Arrivia may charge an additional: 

• ₹1000 per booking cancellation fee

Important notes:

• Refunds depend on supplier conditions
• Fees may apply even if travel has not started
